‘The Australian Record Club’ was operated in parallel with the Columbia Record Club of the USA (which was operated by Columbia House and owned by CBS).
The Australian Record Club Magazine Vol.16 No.6 features a front cover and full page article promoting the Australian Record Club 1974 pressing of the ‘It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll’ LP. This particular LP pressing comes with rear sleeve stating “Distributed in Australia under Licence from WEA Records Pty Ltd”.
